• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Member must wager before bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming content, live dealer streams, sports betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and other features made available through 55vip.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the regulation of games of chance in the Philippines.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may register only one (1) account on the 55vip platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether through the use of different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 55vip reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required. You must promptly notify 55vip of any changes to your registered information. 55vip is not responsible for errors or delays arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.

4.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 55vip username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 55vip will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be treated as having been undertaken by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

55vip may require Members to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to the 55vip platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and other supported digital payment channels are typically credited to the Member's gaming wallet within sixty (60) seconds of transaction confirmation. 5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered and verified under the same name as the 55vip account holder. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed under any circumstances.

• Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering completion will be forfeited without compensation.

• In the event of conflicting terms between a general promotion and a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All games available on the 55vip platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface. By placing any wager, the Member confirms acceptance of the applicable game rules.

• RNG Games: All non-live games at 55vip, including slot titles, virtual table games, and arcade games, use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The certified RTP for each RNG game is displayed within the game information panel.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card deals, dice rolls, roulette spins) captured via live video feed from licensed studio facilities. Live game results are final and binding once confirmed by the dealer.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering more than one account on the 55vip platform.
• Accessing the 55vip platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially unlawful activity through the 55vip platform.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the 55vip platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, live dealers, or 55vip staff for purposes of cheating or manipulating game outcomes.
• Using chargebacks, payment disputes, or financial institution reversal mechanisms fraudulently after placing wagers.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 55vip staff or other platform Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.

55vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the promotional system.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee, with prior notice.
• Regulatory or legal requirement mandating account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding voided bonus balance) will be returned to the Member via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC and provided no active investigations are pending.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 55vip platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55vip and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the 55vip platform.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 55vip platform, you must first contact the 55vip Customer Support team, providing full details of the issue, your account details, and any relevant supporting evidence. 55vip will endeavor to investigate and respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute concerns game outcome fairness, 55vip will provide the relevant game round ID and server-side log data for review by both parties. For live dealer disputes, video footage of the relevant game round may be reviewed as part of the investigation process.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the 55vip Customer Support process, Members may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its applicable dispute resolution channels, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

55vip's decision on any dispute, after completing the internal review process, shall be final and binding unless overturned through the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism.

55vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 55vip will notify registered Members by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this page. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 55vip platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from the use of the 55vip platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the PAGCOR online gaming regulatory framework.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the 55vip internal dispute resolution process or PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
